C. 1920s-1930s. Manufactured by American Art Works Inc. as marked in the bottom right corner. A harder to find sign. CONDITION: It has typical outdoor wear and marks. There are numerous tack holes around the outside green edge, as well as a couple on the left and right sides in the red. There are minor paint scratches in the red, with more significant wear to the outside green. It shows paint overspray to the outer edge.
