Unmarked pale bisque socket head with pale blue glass eyes, a closed slightly smiling mouth, pierced in earlobes, nicely decorated, on a separate bisque shoulder plate, which is firmly attached to the original white kid fashion-type body with straight but with a slight curve to the elbow, with similar style to the legs and individually stitched fingers. Body is in relatively clean condition considering age, and although the head is unmarked it has the qualities reminiscent of a Jumeau. She has been at some time, probably long ago, well re-costumed in a two-piece dark olive satin and lace trim dress with gold braid, antique undergarments, and antique blonde mohair fashion doll type wig, most likely original with slight typical age wear (cork pate missing). CONDITION: Overall very good.
