DSP. This c. 1930s double-sided porcelain sign from Aristocrat Ice Cream features outstanding color and gloss, with a nice original sidewalk stand frame. CONDITION: Side 1 shows two half-dollar porcelain chips in the center field. The outer edges shows further porcelain damage, with chipping and color loss in several areas (8.0). Side 2 shows two quarter-sized porcelain chips in the field. The outer edges show porcelain chips and color loss as well (8.0). The frame shows general wear and oxidation.
