C. 1938-1942 handsome floor model coin-operated vending machine constructed with walnut veneer and accented by contrasting black trim in the streamline Art Deco style, featuring six original 5¢ coin display mechanisms and beveled mirror display. The rounded corners are adorned with Bakelite-style corner caps of classic late 1930s design. This particular machine was designed to dispense candy, gum, mints, or other small merchandise. The machine exhibits outstanding period styling and retains an attractive, original appearance. A desirable example of pre-war American vending equipment, suitable for the advanced coin-op or advertising collector. CONDITION: Overall very good condition, with minor scuffs and scrapes consistent with age and use.
