A left handed dagger with straight quillons, globus pommel with capstan, and crossguard ring. Grip is braided brass wire with Turk's heads ends. Blade with a raised flat medial ridge, with a brass touchmark that resembles a Cross of Lorraine with a shorter bottom bar. Filed serrations with tapered edges of 4 sections. CONDITION: Overall good, with some evidence of cleaning in the European style with scattered darkness. Excellent delamination visible on reverse of blade. Quillion is a little loose, may be a result of wire grip being loose, with visible gaps. Capstan is tight. An unusual example. EMW
