Antique 14K Rose Gold Synthetic Ruby & Diamond Ring with consisting of one (1) Old-Mine Cut round diamond weighing approximately .50ct, two (2) faceted round cut diamonds measuring approximately 2.75mm each, and two (2) square French-Cut synthetic Rubies measuring approximately 3.5x3.5mm each. The ring measures 8.5mm at it's widest point, and is stamped "R14K" inside of the shank. Gross weight is 3.3 dwt. Ring size 8. The center diamond is bead-set into a white gold square top plate. Each of the synthetic rubies have scratches and abrasions on their facets consistent with age and use.
