A nice sized c. 1900 wooden barber pole trade sign, featuring the iconic red, white, and blue colors. This sign retains its original mounting bracket where it would have hung outside an early Barber Shop. CONDITION: The pole shows a nice crackle finish to the paint throughout. There are a few scuffs and chips to the paint but nothing offensive. The gold balls at the top and bottom shows light wear and deterioration to the wood. The bracket shows oxidation. A great looking and nicely sized example.
