Of black wool with stand-up collar and sleeves with bullion lace and padded tape insignia. Silver bullion lace on back with pillows for belt and gear. Shoulders with two-strand bullion wire with embroidered small crowns. Jacket edge with bullion wire and five bullion toggles grace the front. Quilted tan satin lining with left breast pocket. Showing wear and light patina to bullion. Also minor moth damage when examined.
