Box is complete and shows sparkler on two sides, marked "J. Chein & Co." on side aprons, marked on top "No. 51 Krazy Kat Sparkler All fun no danger". Sparkler works, but needs flint to spark. Marked "International Feature Service" and copyright dated 1932. Beautiful orange and yellow graphics. Probably the rarest of all the Chein character sparklers. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
