Very nice Chevrot body with all pieces disassembled, consisting of a leather torso with a joint at hip, wooden lower legs with knee joints, bisque shoulder plate, kid over wood upper arms which are jointed at the elbow with bisque lower forearms. When shoulder plate is placed in proper position it measures 19-1/2" (50 centimeters). Body shows some typical age wear with leather scalloped attached piece slightly dry. There is a minuscule surface slight on back of shoulder plate near one of the nail holes and the right bisque hand is missing parts of two fingers and the entire thumb. Shoulder plate is incised on one side "10" and on the other side "BRU Jne".
