German bisque socket head incised “K [star] R S & H 116 42” made by Simon & Halbig for Kammer & Reinhardt, solid dome head with blonde painted hair (some speckling and circular firing flaw on hair), set glass eyes, feathered eyebrows, painted upper and lower lashes, laughing open/closed mouth with two molded upper teeth, cheek and chin dimples, large ears; original composition baby body with original finish (wear, cracks, soil); lovely antique baby dress trimmed with lace, tucks and featherstitching, hat, undies and socks. One of the harder to find K & R models, just delightful!
Condition: (Very Good).
