French bisque socket head incised “SFBJ 239 Paris Poulbot,” a special design by the artist Poulbot of the mischievous street urchins of Paris after World War I ca. 1915, called “Rintintin,” with realistic facial modeling, small inset glass eyes, special shading beside eyes, closed mouth, chubby cheeks, original red mohair wig; original French composition body with original finish; original outfit (yellowing on shirt, shoes in poor condition with sole broken off one). Very desirable boy!
