DSP. Maker marked "Flashtric." Very nice c. 1940s Michelob double-sided porcelain neon sign with "Beer" inscribed bullnose and original can. CONDITION: Side 1, displays fair color with significant ghosting throughout both the inner and outer fields. Sign shows minor porcelain loss and surface staining along the entire outer edge, most notably at the bottom right-hand corner. (8.0). Side 2, has significant ghosting and fade to the overall color. The sign has minor surface scratches and staining, and minor porcelain loss on the outer edges (8.0). The bullnose displays minor porcelain loss and a notable bend on the bottom edge. Can is in excellent displaying condition with no rot. Neon lights white and has newly-added and working electrical.
