This is an all-wood 3D figure of a German hotel bellhop. These were used in lobbies in Eastern Germany. His hands are in a position where he could be holding a tray, either for business cards or after dinner mints. CONDITION: The figure has all original paint and all original wood base, fantastic detail all around. There are light areas of rubs and some areas of paint loss, but nothing that distracts from the overall figure. PROVENANCE: From the lifelong collection of Bill Howard.
