Swivel neck doll by Mme Rohmer, Paris, (hairline down back) with feathered eyebrows, painted blue eyes with black eyelash line and painted upper and lower lashes, closed mouth, cork pate, short curly mohair wig; china shoulder plate, very good marked Rohmer kid body with china lower legs and molded toes, wood upper arms and china lower arms; simple cotton dress and undies need laundering, no shoes to show off her rare bare china feet!
