Without paint or side cups, this factory archive bait has gold washed nose & tail caps, and sports the silver painted external belly weight. Hooks are mounted by the eyes being pierced internally by the line tie and rear hanger screws, not a method Heddon chose to move forward with. Probably dating to Summer of 1902, it has the shorter body with the long, curved tip nickel-plated front prop. An awesome piece of Heddon history.
