C. 1910. Marked for the John Fowler Co. out of Philadelphia, PA on the bottom. CONDITION: It shows good color and shine. There are no chips, crack or repairs. There are some areas of fading and loss to the silver pinstriping. The soda fountain pumps is period, and it is marked for "Cherry," but not original to the dispenser.
Condition: (Good).
