Archival framed Infantry Appointment document. Site 15 1/2" x 19 1/4". Overall 21" x 24 1/2". January 11th,1908. President Roosevelt appoints Austin M. Pardee as "First Lieutenant of Infantry". Signed by President Theodore Roosevelt. Counter signed by Acting Secretary of War Robert Shaw Oliver. CONDITION: Very good. Slight discoloration and small areas of edge loss. Official blue seal is missing some of the edge. CG
