Central Persia. The rug with central arabesque poled blue-black medallion on a rose red field with dense polychrome floral vinery within ivory and turquoise spandrels. The main blue-black border with Lotus blossoms and floral vinery within multiple floral guard borders. The rug is 9' 7" x 13' 3". Very good with nearly full pile; fringe is absent, selvage tight and intact.
