A large floor-standing Pay Pool percentage payout gaming wheel, probably used in a carnival, arcade, fairground, or similar gaming operation. The outer field has numbered betting positions, the inner ring has payouts from 10 through 90, with 10%, 50%, and 100% Pool positions with jewel-type indicator lights. The four large metal pointers appear to be cast iron and part of the operating system instead of later additions. CONDITION: Good overall.
