Made in Germany, probably by Gontherman. Comes with neck tag, which has laser copied paper label that says "Buttercup Copyright by J. Murphy Patent Applied For" and then "Germany". Metal top curl is original. CONDITION: Paint is exceptionally good with only minor spots of paint loss throughout arms, legs and chest, but overall excellent condition for this toy.
