AGS CERTIFIED #10432. DSP. An outstanding displaying example of this C. 1930's Porcelain Sign from Gulf Gasoline showing iconic Gulf colors and script. Sign shows an excellent restored ring & post display with lights at the top for an immaculate display. CONDITION: Side one is overall excellent showing a clean field with only one pencil eraser sized touched up chip at the center as well as some minimal surface scratching and light factory flaw at the "G". Side one shows touch up at two mounting holes at the left side and displays incredibly well, (Score 88). Side two also displays very well showing excellent color & gloss with one minor chip at the center as well as some minor stress chips at the left side. Side two shows touch up at the two right mounting holes as well as some light nicks at the outer edge, (Score 83). Sign displays very well with ornate ring and pole with original Pemco lights. An outstanding displaying piece.
