Shown in The Heddon Legacy on page 78, this lot is described as “an effort by the company to market their slightly marred lures.” The entry goes on to date the combo to 1905 and states, “this is the only known example of this rare box.” The minnow is a two belly weight example with some minor wear and good glass eyes and it grades Excellent Minus. The box is solid with some minor staining.
