A stunning example of this green version of the ceramic syrup dispenser from Hires Root Beer, featuring the company logo and ugly kid graphics on all sides. This piece retains its original metal spigot as well as a nice, complete lid. This piece is marked "Villeroy & Boch Made in Germany" on the underside. CONDITION: The body of this dispenser shows good color and shine throughout. There are small areas of discoloration in the body, as well as a general crazing to the gloss. The top rim of the dispenser shows a few nicks to the ceramic material. The lid remains intact and complete with crazing to the underlying gloss, as well as two mentionable chips to the ceramic on the extreme outer lip of the lid. The metal spigot shows age appropriate tarnishing and wear. A rare and desirable piece.
