Issued in 1938 under the claim that these thrilling full color picture cards depicting modern warfare could be helpful teaching aids. Bowman felt if people(children) were to know the Horrors of War then they would know peace. These cards sold at an epic rate with millions and millions packs sold.. This amazing new discovery of Horrors of War unopened packs with the original distribution envelope is the first of it's kind. Unique group contains a full dozen unopened packs from one of the most popular card sets in history. These packs are the first and only Horrors Of War wax packs ever graded by PSA (we know they passed but the grades are not available yet). Packs are green wrappers and are in exceptional condition. They are being offered just as they were found.
