A stunning framed original oil on canvas seascape painting of boats in the harbor by Joseph Kantor (Russian/American, b.1904-). Bright and beautiful nautical art filled with cheerful colors. Depicting small harbor scene filled with little fishing boats and fisherman figures. Painting is not dated, but estimated by activities of the artist in the mid of 1930s. Note: Joseph Kantor - Born in Russia in 1904. And after he immigrated to the United States, was lived and been active in New York. He was a visual artist.
