Push the doorbell lever and the top of the cupola pops up exposing the cashier who simultaneously pivots back and returns to his forward position. Insert coin in slot. To reset, lower the cupola to its original position. Figure replaced. Paint on building sides blacklights correctly but doesn't seem to be consistent with paint on the roof. CORRECTION: Some early restoration to paint.
