Based on original artwork by Jacob Bates Abbott depicting a proud standing hunter with side by side shotgun and canine companion holding up his trophies, a ring neck pheasant and rabbit. Copyright 1947 for the Pennsylvania Game Commission, boldly advertising the slogan "IT'S IN THE BAG- / BAG IT / SAFELY" in large white letters on an orange background. Printed on die cut cardboard with stand. Approximately 26" x 36". CONDITION: A very good displayable piece, retaining bright colors throughout. Some light edge wear present with little evidence of display. The pheasant tail has a partial tear. BAS
