Very pretty young girl with closed-mouth bisque head, stamped in back in red "TET JUMEAU 4". She has brown paperweight eyes, pierced earlobes and a flat-cut neck, allowing her head to swivel on the mechanism when wound. When the key-wind is turned and the on/off level is pulled, she begins to move, with head moving slightly from side to side and up and down, with the right hand holding a fan, the left hand holding a lorigoitte, which rise or fall alternatively as she turns head from side to side. The base contains the music box and most of the mechanism and is covered in gold velvet, which appears to be original. The mohair wig is original and printed silk dress most likely replaced at some point in time but is in very good shape and is well costumed with antique lace at the bottom. Figure is 15" tall, 18" including base. CONDITION: Silk dress is most likely a replacement, as noted. There has been a restoration on the palm of the left bisque hand, but well done. Overall very good. Movement is in working order but somewhat sluggish.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.

Condition: (Very Good).

Item Dimensions: 19" x 9" x 9".
