C. 1870. An excellent example of an early 6-tune music box by Le Coultre Freres, and has the serial number 32656. It is housed in an original walnut inlayed cabinet and tune card. CONDITION: Th cabinet shows areas of wear, scuffs, age-related cracks and a small chip under the lid in front of the glass cover. It is key-wind operation, and works well with great tone. The comb shows no repairs or breaks, and it is clearly marked for Le Coultre Freres.
