Lot consists of: (A) Clipper card for the Sutton Co.'s dispatch line, the Helen Angier bound for San Francisco. Nesbitt & Co. printers. Circa 1860. (B) Clipper card for the Glidden & Williams Line ship "AKBAR," bound for San Francisco. Circa 1864. Printed by Weston's Press. These cards were in vogue during the California Gold Rush era and well into the 1860s as the rush to riches was still ongoing. CONDITION: Very fine with some lightly rubbed corners. Strong colors and graphics. Rare in any condition.
