Lot includes an unusual character Heubach Indian (14-1/2”) in all original condition/clothing. Highly detailed facial molding to this bisque shoulder head doll, on a cloth body with compo lower arms the shoulder plate has the typical Heubach mark and impressed 9467. The second doll is an all original shoulder head Armand Marseille Indian (14-1/2”) with papoose and child. A nice package, the doll having tinted skin coloring, the shoulder plate marked A.M. and on a kid body with bisque lower arms. Interestingly the papoose is marked Portland, Oregon and more than likely this was purchased in a souvenir store during 1910-1920 time period. Both dolls appear to be free of any damage to the bisque heads and overall in very fine plus original condition.
LOT OF 2: HEUBACH & A.M. INDIAN DOLLS.
