Rarely found lovely bisque socket head with molded black hair in a bun and a pink and black hat trimmed with hand-painted flowers, molded turquoise earrings, painted facial features with tiny black eyes in molded eye sockets, arched eyebrows, closed mouth with white space between lips, dimples, rosy cheeks and pink eye shadow; original jointed wood body with bisque hands and jointed ankles with carved shoes, embroidered silk outfit. Bust of the same lady stamped “Made in Japan” and handwritten date of 1922. Highly desirable items!
