Lot consists of: (A) Dated 1944, deals with the aerial war over in the Pacific. Features a B-29 machine gunner, his hands clutching the machinegun with a Japanese Zero in flames behind him. Produced to promote war bonds. Color and image is striking. CONDITION: Usual fold lines, has chipping on upper left corner and left border and some foxing running to the image that is minimal. (B) Features the B-17 bombers of the U.S. Army, showing the turret gun and forward guns on the B-17 superposed against the American flag, entitled "Keep em flying", dated 1942. CONDITION: No mail folds, has minor foxing along border only, brilliant colors. (A) measures 30"x39" (B) measures 25 - 1/2"x38 - 1/2".
