Lot consists of: (A) A 1919 Service Flag poster with instructions with a 1919 lapel pin. The instructions state "Only Red Cross members are permitted to display this service flag." Instructions and pin are framed with the service flag, which is basically a small paper poster featuring the Red Cross. CONDITION: Poster shows minor creases and losses around edges. (B) Dated 1920 features the Red Cross simply stating "We belong, 100% Strong." CONDITION: Usual mailing folds, excellent condition. (C) A 1943 poster stating "Your Red Cross is at his side". Features a solider at the front with his M1 Garand along with a Red Cross male and female superposed in the background. CONDITION: Usual mailing folds, excellent condition. (D) A 1943 "Word of thanks" from the Red Cross. CONDITION: Usual mailing folds, excellent condition. (E) Red Cross recruiting poster featuring families with their hands upraised facing the cross as if it is their salvation. CONDITION: Excellent condition with no folds. (A) measures 7 - 1/2"x11" framed 12"x17" (B) 20"x30" (C) 24"x30" (D) 22"x28" (E) 20"x30".
