Lot consists of: (A) GAR slouch hat retailer marked Galloway of Bay City Michigan on sweatband. CONDITION: Very fine, some tarnishing to GAR pin. (B) US Forage cap, band insignia, C.A. Bradley of Ct label. CONDITION: Good, with some deterioration to leather sweatband. Scattered handling and use marks. Some stains. (C) Blue wool covered canteen, maker marked on neck for J. Hall Rohrman. CONDITION: Good, original leather strap is broken but all pieces appear present. Remainder of leather is crazing and almost flaking away, quite tender. Wool covering has some stains and moth holes. (D) Blue wool US dress frock, eagle buttons, made by Devlin of NY. CONDITION: Good, complete, with some rubs to exterior and what appears to be repairs to liner. (E) Blue wool vest with eagle buttons, cotton back, no maker. CONDITION: Good, some fraying to cloth, staining on interior. (F) Light weight blue wool tunic, no military buttons or markings. CONDITION: Good, complete, with a few very minor holes and some stains. Included is a hang tag identifying the lot to Edwin Jerry Carrington.
