Toy includes a colorful original box showing Popeye skating while holding spinach can and Olive Oyl watches. Original cardboard insert, and the box is colorful and complete. It has one or two poke holes and some creasing and edge wear. Toy itself has bright litho, and is marked "King Features Syndicate" on back of the toy and "Linemar Japan". Original guide wheel and pipe. Pants are also original but slightly faded.
Condition: (Excellent).
