German bisque socket head incised “M ½ made in Germany 16 ½ 171 7” made by J.D. Kestner, molded multi-stroked eyebrows, sleeping eyes, open mouth with teeth, plaster dome, replaced human hair wig; original jointed composition body with Excelsior mark and original finish (wear on fingers and joints, one finger glued); redressed, antique hat, undies, shoes and socks. Lovely big girl and a very popular mold!
