Overall length 7". Barrel length 3". Nice birds head grip. .45 cal. Right side of lock plate is marked "Deringer, Philadel" and "P" mark on barrel. Seven groove rifling. Early style pineapple finial trigger guard. Dates to 1845 to 1850.
