Overall length: 65". Barrel length: 48". Barrel diameter: 2 - 1/4". Bore diameter: 13/16". Weight: 60+ pounds. Beautiful tiger maple stock. Two-piece round patch box and original rear peep sights, front sight hood, and a front pin sight on removable muzzle. Lock plate is signed "Cowher 1950". One brass ram rod stay has come loose and needs to be re-attached. Front wood benchrest block is included. Very fine example of a true "Big Gun" target rifle out of the well-known Lou Cowher Collection. Lou Cowher was a longtime shooter at the Blue Mountain Muzzle Loaders Club. An article about Lou from "Muzzle Blasts" Magazine is included where this rifle is pictured.
