German bisque socket head incised “H made in Germany 12 128” (two tiny wig pulls) made by J.D. Kestner with multi-stroked dark eyebrows, glass eyes (on rocker but set stationary), closed mouth with protruding upper lips, pronounced philtrum, chin dimple, plaster pate, human hair wig; Kestner jointed composition body with Germany 3369 stamp; lovely festival costume with layered undergarments including a red stripe flannel petticoat, black wool shirt, cotton print dress and blouse, shoes and stockings looks original (quarter size hole in back of shirt goes through into undies). Nice size doll with lots of presence!
