Robbins and Lawrence production of .54 cal. rifle in very good condition with iron frame and mounts, engraved receiver, browned finish and walnut buttstock. Very early pre-Civil War firearm which lead to the Henry and Winchester level action rifles. Appears to be 1st Model with ring type lever trigger and front loading tubular magazine. Rare early magazine rifle. Overall length 44”, barrel length 25”, Serial #115.
