Marked made in Germany. Has the Bing BW mark on back. Comes with the original smoke stack. Winds up on the side and looks like it could be hooked to a steam engine. So it could be a steam accessory also. Combination of hand painting and lithography. Some dirt on base which needs to be cleaned off. Real unusual and beautiful piece.
