Battery operated. Includes original box with nice colorful label. Does have some tape on lid. Comes with original rubber track and box insert. Rocket marked 23 on both sides and Winner on back tail fin. Original bubble intact. Small crack in it. Minor scratching and wear to oxidation to bare metal.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
