Marked "Copyright by Howard R. Garis" on the bottom of the front grill. Uncle Wiggly has original hat. Car has all original parts but has several areas of repaint on the right front fender, hood, the figure's hat and face, and also the stick. Some scuffing, scratching, and wear throughout. Marked "Germany" on one side.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
