Battery operated. Made in Japan by Horikawa. Working. Includes original box. Toy could clean to a better grade. Scratches throughout and some minor crazing. Small dent to the blower. Box has some darkening with age. A tape repair to the to edge and to one corner. One end panel has several areas of tape residue and some paper lifted. Toy (Excellent). Box (Very Good).
