Toy looks to be electrified and is on base. Has hand painted pressed steel carts with oil clothe canvases. Wheel on side looks like it would connect to steam plant or generator. Has small light bulbs that go around outside of wheels. Some are present, some missing, and some broken. Some oxidation and rust to base and bottom of some carts. Also some paint loss.
Condition: (Very Good).
