Plates say Lionel and No.408E on the sides. Looks all original including pantographs and lights. Missing one flag and other three flags are replacements. Two bild-a-loco motors. Probably been re-wheeled. Engine itself is in mojave color. Some minor scratching and wear. Might clean to a better grade.
