Serial No. 17564 Colt manufacture New Police “Cop and Thug” Standard Model revolver in very good condition with nickel finish and hard rubber "Cop and Thug" grips. Very distinctive style Colt pistol. Overall length 9” and barrel length 4 - ½”.

UPDATE/CORRECTION: 1884. POPULAR "COP & THUG" WITH 4000 MFG BETWEEN 1882-1886. ETCHED PANEL PARTIALLY VISIBLE. 10-15% ORIGINAL NICKEL. NICE GUN SMOOTH AND CLEAN. NICE GRIPS WITH SMALL EXPERT BUTT REPAIR. STRONG BUT DIRTY BORE.
