Includes original box. Few scratches throughout the truck and equipment. Beautiful grapichs on side panels of the truck. Marked "Emergency Truck Auto Service 24 Hour Service." Some tape repair and creases around the edges of the box, with some small paper tears around the edges and flaps. Otherwise, the flaps are present and attached to box, with beautiful graphics on all panels.
